Sharon Rivenson Mark, Esq.
Sharon Rivenson Mark, Esq. is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the ABA-approved National Elder Law Foundation [CELA] and concentrates her practice in elder law, guardianship, conservatorship and estate matters, estate planning and administration, disability and special needs planning and trusts, and Medicaid. She serves as court-appointed counsel, Guardian Ad Litem, court-appointed guardian, conservator, executor and administrator of estates, and has served as a mediator in estate and probate matters. Ms. Rivenson Mark has lectured and published numerous articles on elder law, estate and guardianship issues and has received awards for her service to the elder and disability community and the legal community.
She is the author of the Thomson Reuters Westlaw NJ Practice Series on Elder Law (guardianships, conservatorships and Medicaid). She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Council of Advanced Practitioners [CAP] and is a NAELA Fellow. She is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized in New Jersey Monthly as one of New Jersey’s top 50 women lawyers and as a “Super Lawyer” in Elder Law.
Ms. Rivenson Mark is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. She received her B.A. from New York University and her J.D. from Seton Hall University.

Adrienne M. Bonds, Esq.
Adrienne M. Bonds’ legal experience, before joining the Law Office of Sharon Rivenson Mark, P.C., included solo practice in estate planning, family law and business matters. She was an adjunct course instructor for the Essex County College/Wise Women’s Center – SEA (Self-Employment Assistance) Program in Newark, NJ. She was Administrator for the New Life/New Beginnings Prisoner Reentry Mentoring Program for Churches in Cooperation, Inc. (a non-profit social services organization) in Newark, NJ. In the NJ Office of the Child Advocate, Adrienne served as Acting Child Advocate and as the Monitor of the Institutional Abuse Investigations Unit of the NJ Department of Human Services. She also served as Acting Director for the Office of Career Services and as Assistant Director/Public Interest Coordinator – Career Services, for Rutgers University School of Law – Newark. She also served as Staff Attorney for Essex-Newark Legal Services and was Legal Counsel for Essex Plaza Management Associates in Newark, NJ.
She was previously a law clerk for a solo practice and a legal intern for the Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice. Prior to becoming an attorney, Adrienne was a social worker with the NJ Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired, a Family Service Specialist at the NJ Department of Human Services’ Adoption Resource Center, a Social Worker for the NJ Division of Youth & Family Services and a Social Worker for the NJ Department of Corrections at Northern State Prison.
